Product: Inkjet Pro 6978 All-in One
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks

I was printing a label and experienced a jam. The paper holding the label was removed easily, but the label did not come out. The error message says to remove the rear access panel or automatic 2-sided printing assessory and clear any paper.

I can not find either!

 

I have removed the paper tray, but do not see any jammed paper.

Note:  There is no Rear Access door. Kindly send me the screen shot of the error stating "Rear Access".
