I have tried all solutions on the issue of my hp5510 not printing black. I have replaced the black ink cartridge (twice), ran diagnostics, cleaned heads, etc. Please send instructions on how to reset this printer.  Thanks,

Hi, I too am experiencing same issues with black ink not printing on my 5510. Have wasted a whole new set of cartridges doing cleaning........

 

Please can you send me the special reset instructions.
