@SueASC,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that you are unable to copy or fax from your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277c6 as the printer memory is full.

This issue could occur if the pages stored in memory are not deleted.

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

You need to restore the printer to factory-set defaults to erase the memory.

Restoring the factory-set defaults returns all of the settings to the factory defaults, and it also deletes any pages that are stored in the memory. It will not reset the page count, tray size, or language.To restore the product to the factory-default settings, follow these steps.

1. On the product control panel, touch the Setup button.

2. Scroll to and touch the Service menu.

3. Scroll to and touch the Restore Defaults button, and then touch the OK button. The product automatically restarts.

You may also check page no. 100 in the user guide from the link: http://hp.care/2gZ7QrN

Let me know how this works.

Also, let us know the model number of the unit and the operating system installed on the computer from the links below:

1. Click Here If Windows Operating System is installed

2. Click Here If Mac Operating System is installed

You have a good day ahead.
