HP Officejet 4630
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When I open my laptop and search for a WiFi connection, the WiFi list that appears shows my HP Officejet 4630 Printer has the strongest WiFi signal. However, I do not know the Network Security Key for this printer.

How do I find the Network Security Key so I may use this printer as a WiFi hotspot?

Your password is printed from the printers front panel.  Select the Network Config sheet and print it out.  Cut it out and tape it to the top of your printer.

This information was NOT in the user's manual/guide. I found this passcode you're speaking of in the printers front panel before I came to this forum. That passcode resulted in an 'incorrect pass code' error message.

But thanks for your help. I do appreciate you taking the time to answer my querry. I'm just going to connect my laptop with a data cable instead of trying to use the printer's WiFi signal.
