Product: hp Officejet 7610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This printer is at least 5 years old.  YouTube videos show removing printhead by lifting latch however there is no latch on my printhead. I have tried the auto clean printhead function twice but it's not printing well.

There is no latch on HP Officejet 7610 for removing the printhead, the HP Officejet 7510 has a latch to remove the printhead so you double-check did you watch correct YT video.

 

Those are two different types of the printhead, the printhead on OJ 7610 is not intended to be removed or replaced.
