The black ink cartridge for my instant ink account has run out and I don't have a new one to replace it with.
According to my account I should have had another delivered in March but I don't appear to have received this.
I do not see any way to ask for a replacement online.
Do I have to ring up to order one?

Thank you for your message.
I did fill this form in but I didn't get a number.
I just got a page to say that for my issueI have to use the chat or phone options (but that both of these ar currently unavailable.
