I have a TIFF file that is a 12x12 image. I have 12x12 paper in the tray and I am printing from a memory stick. From the screen/menu on the printer: i select view, the full image comes up and i select ok again, the option of 4x6 borderless appears, so i scroll down to settings and click ok which brings me to different paper size options. 12x12 is not an option. Question: how can i get this image to print to my 12x12 paper as a full bleed print? i've tried 11x14 & 13x19 which are the two closest options but neither print my file correctly. Please help!

Hello, Thank you telling me that you have a HP Photosmart B8550 Printer.
I am thinking that the problem that you are experiencing is with the application you are using or the unit is not properly selected or installed in your PC. I was able to connect the printer to a Windows 7 PC and select a borderless 12x12 print job.
(you do not need to dwnload a driver if using Windows 7 and you do not need the Photosmart Software Suite program). Take a look at the snapshot that I took while using the program windows Live photo Gallery and showing the option to print borderless 12x12 print job:
I would suggest to reinstall the printer and the driver to ensure the unit is properly installed.
Hope this information is useful.

Hi Again,
I just re-read your post and I noticed that this option is not in the menu in the printer. Unfortunately this option was not included since it is almost impossible to put there ALL the available possibilities. You will have to use a PC to print this picture I will pass your feedback to our R&D to improve that in future products.

You're Welcome.
If you give me a Kudo (Click at the icon at the left menu of this window under my name) that would be a way to say thank you and my manager to see it.
I am glad that I was able to help you!!!
