This worked for me to, was able to get it to work w/5 sheetts.  But it's a pian in the ass if you need to do more.

5 sheets is not a solution for a small business who relies on this printer.  I returned the 8620 to Costco already and am back on my 6600 which is my back up printer which works fine, although slow.

 

These printers are getting worse I'm afraid.

I was frustrated by this also and finally found a "work around" that worked for me. I loaded 5 sheets of cardstock (it was only 65 lb), selected "Print," clicked "Printer Properties," clicked the tab "Paper/Quality," and went to the "Media" drop down and selected "Card stock." Then printed as usual.

 

After many failed attempts at printing on card stock with this printer, this is the first time it has ever been successful.
