When I have one check left blank and need to print it the printer will not accept it apparently being too short. I have tried to tape it to a letter size sheet of paper but most of the time it gets stuck in the printer somewhere and I have to clear it and tear up the check which is  usually damaged. Is there a way to print on a single check?

Hi,

Given pre-printed blank checks use standard format, you need template(s) to print checks properly. Please try the following templates

I signed my last check could be 10 years ago therefore I can't test the templates for you.

Regards.

The printer foes just fine when feeding a full page of checks or two checks but does not work with one blank check.

I guess you could say Size Matters...

Your minimum page size is 3 by 5 inches for most LaserJet printers.

If the short edge of the check is at least 3 inches long then you could feed the check short edge first but I don't know how your software would deal with that.
