Welcome to the forums FlorinMe,
I saw your post about resetting your printer and looking for a driver. I would like to know some more information about what the issue exactly is so I can better assist you with the problem.
Please let me know what you are trying to do with the printer and if you see any errors, etc.
Also let me know which OS you are running on your computer and how you have the printer connected (wireless, usb, ethernet).
In the meantime here is the support page for your printer: Solve a problem
Have a great day:)

Yeah, I thought this post wasn't seen.
So, after scraping this forum and the manual, found the diagnostics printing command.
In it, it's always showing:
Current Error: Pen in right chute has error <12>
Previous Error: Pen in right chute has error <12>
So I can't print, the exclamation mark stays orange, blinking. But the cartridge I think it works ok, because it prints normally the test page.
Thanks!

Thanks for replying
The errors you are seeing are usually due to a cartridge or printhead error. I would suggest for you to try all of the steps in the guide below. I really hope it helps!
If the troubleshooting does not help resolve your issue, I would then suggest calling HP's Technical Support to see about further options for you. If you are calling within North America, the number is 1-800-474-6836 and for all other regions: click here.
Have a great day

Getting the website has a redirect loop. Can you access that page? With what browser?
EDIT: No, cartridges are not missing. And I don't think there is a problem with them. Can you just tell me how to reset the printer settings to factory defaults and I see if that's would help me or not. I really want to reset the settings to factory defaults.

The link Rainbow7000 gave above works for me in both IE 11 and Chrome on my Windows 7 system. I am not sure what issue you are having with the web page.
It appears there is an electrical error with your black cartridge. Resetting the printer to its factory new state will not likely change that, as the printer does an electrical test of the cartrdiges at power on and before printing. If the cartridge has an electrical issue it would be flagged. To facilitate debugging the printer may allow printing a test page with a cartrdige that has failed diagnostics, even though it will not normally be usable for printing.

So, the link Rainbow gave gives a redirect loop. However, your link works fine.
If it is an electrical problem, why it's the same for both cartridges ? Or why both cartridges blink as empty and I got the faked cartridges message? I had reseated the cartridges a number of times, you imagine, and if it's a loose contact should have been solved by now. Maybe it's permanent?
Maybe there might be some ink spilled on the contacts, but a bit unsure if it's this the problem with both cartridges.
Or maybe the cartridges have some protection electrically and not from the firmware?
And I still think a reset can't do anything bad and it would solve my problem. I don't know yet if it is implemented. Maybe the only solution if it's not would be the reflash?
Thanks!

The "low on ink" and "counterfeit"messages are non-blocking, they should not prevent printing. My concern would be the error reported for the right (black) cartridge.
As for a reset causing no harm, it CAN cause problems and should not be taken lightly. I do not think your issue has anything to do with something a reset would "cure".
The "used" and "depleted" status is written to the cartridge itself. Once a cartridge is inserted in the printer it will be marked as "used", but the printer will remember that it was initially used in that printer. If you do a factory reset, the cartridges that were in the printer would be "forgotten" and reported as questionable.
Once a cartridge has been used to the point of being depleted it will be marked as such and will remain in the depleted state regardless of what printer it is installed in or whether a reset is done.
As notes on page 28 of the user guide for the Deskjet Ink Advantage 2515 here you can operate this model in "single cartridge mode" by removing one of the cartridges. Since the black cartridge seems to be the source of the issue it might help to remove the black cartridge and try printing. (There will probably be a warning on the screen about single cartridge mode.)
What is your operating system? You may be able to turn off (non-blocking) warnings by disabling bidirectional reporting. For example, in Windows 7 click Start, Devices and Printers, right click on the Deskjet 2510 series, Printer Properties, Ports, uncheck the "Enable bidirectional support" tick box, Apply, OK.

Thanks, you seem to be very intelligent and know what you say. By pulling out the black cartridge, the exclamation mark disappeared, so let's assume the electrical connections are to blame.
Tried a quick cleanning -- without success. Maybe should be some kind of a test to see where should be continuity and the resistance which is already implemented in printer, to clean it without the try and guess method.
So, the printer has built in some electrical checks that doesn't let me to print with black, and with both. But how can it print the test page? How it's bypassing these checks when printing a test page?
So, I can print with black cartridge just fine when I bypass these checks. Any permanent solution to bypass them, If I still print by bypassing, but takes more time, and that it's just fine? What can happen if, let's say so, one finds the firmware and modifies it so that the printer bypasses these checks and flashes it again?
With some ... NOP's and the firmware this should be possible.
Thanks you for all!
