Product: Officejet Pro 7740
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Background: 

Set password for EWS, and have come to realize that the printed documentation intended to provide information/support regarding printer security preventing foreign control of printer aren't precise or clear, as regarding which printer services (e.g. printer updates) are maintained when the printer is secure versus when it is in unlocked. When I have tried to unlock the printer, various attempts failed.

 

Is there a straightforward way that I can reset the EWS?  Maybe, if I'm lucky, a physical reset key or button, within the printer itself?
