HI
When you scan the image follow the below steps. Open the solution center
1) Select scan picture
2) When the preview scan windows apperas you would see a balck marking on the preview scan page
3) Drang the black marked dotted lines to size of the image (4x6)
4)Then Click on finish
When the scanned image is saved you will see the image size will be bigger so that you can print that to a entire page.

I have two weeks now to make my daughter's video for her reception/wedding. I feel like I've tried everything to get the 4x6 photos to fill the screen. I did not see the black dot that you referred to in earlier messages. Please help!
