Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

In order to do that, please ensure that you have your FULL feature software installed.

 

The following resource will help you :

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

 

After you have successfully installed your FULL feature software, the following resource will be useful in showing you how it's done:

 

Scan a 6 pages 2 sided document using the ADF that supports Simplex scanning
