Hi,
- Go to hpinstantink.com/signin (the HP Connected website) to sign in to your HP Instant Ink account, if you are not signed in already.Your HP Instant Ink account page opens.
- On your HP Instant Ink account page, look for a green checkmark and Online to display next to your printer to make sure the printer is connected to the HP Instant Ink service. If the printer status is not online, make sure your printer is turned on and connected to the network.Figure : Checking the printer status
- Click the refresh icon
to obtain the most current information about the status of your monthly plan.
Figure : Clicking the refresh icon - Under Monthly Summary, review the following:
- Page count: The total number of pages printed for the month, including regular, rollover, and additional pages.
- Regular Pages: The number of pages printed allowed by your monthly plan.
- Rollover Pages: The number of pages that were not printed that roll over to the next month. You can roll over up to the full number of pages allowed by your monthly plan. For example, if your plan allows up to 50 pages a month, you can roll over up to 50 pages at any given time. However, your rollover pages can never exceed this amount. In the following months, your regular pages are used first. When you reach your plan limit, your rollover pages become available so you can avoid additional charges to your account.
- Additional Pages: After you print your regular page limit and any rollover pages from the previous month, you can keep printing with additional pages. There is an additional fee for using additional pages that are purchased in sets of 15, 20, and 25 pages, depending on your plan. Any additional pages that were not printed can roll over to the next month.
Figure : Reviewing the Monthly Summary - For more information about each print job such as the date and number of pages printed, click Printing History.
NOTE:
Pages are not recorded if the printer is offline. Pages printed while the printer is offline are recorded on the date the printer is reconnected to the network.Figure : Viewing the date and number of pages printed in Printing History
