Officejet Pro L7580 - C9381A
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got about 20 pages of printing out of my new printhead. A C9381A for an L7580 inkjet printer. The expiration of the warranty on the metal foil package is 2018. However, I can't find any information on how to actually submit a claim. The best I can find is this article :http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00206040 that doesn't have any of that sort of inforation.

Any help is appreciated.

I get the following error message when I start my printer.

"The following printhead(s) has a problem: Black/Yellow [k/y]"

This is the same error I had before I replaced the prinheads. The new heads worked for about 20 pages before the error returned.

@Wickwick, I'm glad to hear back from you.

As you mentioned even after replacing the print heads the issue still persists.

Try cleaning the print heads and check if it helps.

If the issue still persists, you have to contact HP phone support and get the printer repaired.

Have a pleasant day ahead! 🙂
