This worked perfectly!  What a relief!  I installed a new printer, and immediately started getting the ink pop-ups  every single time I printed something. I had real HP ink in the printer, so it seemed strange to get the hard-sell about buying HP ink when I obviously already did. Thank you for helping!!

 

(Note to HP execs: those pop-up ads feel like harrassment, and every time I saw one, the word "Epson" floated through my mind).
