I want to be able to print fax report to pdf over current paper format. Can this be done and how?

Hi,

 

This is nothing to do with your printer. You machine runs Windows 10, you can select as shown

 

       pdf.png

 

Or you can use PDF24 PDF option (as shown above) usng the following product FREE:

 

   http://en.pdf24.org/pdf-editor.jsp

I have the printer set to print reports after incoming and outgoing faxes but i cant see how i can get it to print direct to pdf. I have my printer option on my computer set to pdf as the default but the printer still prints a paper report. I've currently turned off the printer report for incoming faxes.

No, the printer itself does not have a software and facility to do that. And from my acknowledges, I can't see how it can do this itself.
