Product: Color LaserJet FLow MFP M880

We got a new copy machine a few months ago. When I scan a batch of papers through the automatic document feeder and send it to my email each file is automatically numbered like {Untitled} 1-7, [untitled 2-7], and so on. If I scan another batch with 7 pages it repeats the same numbering. This is not a good thing because I may want to move one of these files into the same folder and I can't if they have the same file name. How can we fix this machine to do a continuous number, non-repeating sequence for all scans? I don't want repeating numbers. I want each scan, every time, to be a different number.
