When I select my printer, I do not go to HP solution center, but instead to a window for HP Photosmart Plus where I can See What's Printing, Customize Printer, or Set Preference, none of which leads me to settings.

How do you clean printer on HP Photo Smart printer just changed ink cartridges and black is very light
