Trying to install the drivers/software for the OfficeJet 5740 on a Win10 machine and it is saying that serscan.sys is missing. I don't have the original Windows disc. Where can I get this file so I can use this printer?
Note: I was able to install on my laptop just fine, but not my desktop.

I understand you are getting a "serscan.sys is missing" message when you try to install the drivers for your HP Officejet 5740. I will do my best to help.
I hope this helps, and have a great day.
