Can anyone tell me how to fix the HP Printer [HP LaserJet Enterprise P3015n] Error message 49.4C02?  I had turned off the computer and returned it on as directed.  This did not solve the printing issue.  I had attempted to print a two page report from the Health Insurance Marketplace, when I received the error message.

Does the same thing happen if the printer is disconnected from the PC and network (if you are using an Ethernet connection) before you power-off then power-on again?

If it does, then there is a problem with the printer itself.

If not, then it may perhaps be invoked by some system sending a 'rogue' job (not necessarily a conventional print job) to the device.

See this thread for more detail.

how can I fix error 49.4c02?

Disconnect the printer from the computer or network.  Turn the printer on with just the power cord connected.  Does it come to ready and can you print a config page from the reports menu.  Odds are you can.  If you can, then you have a bad print job on one of the computers trying to print each time you turn the printer on.  Go to each computer and remove any print jobs from the printq.

It means a bad print job    tell the user to delted everything in its print job

put out the ethernet and power maching off then turn on put in ethernet....the printer should print out the jobs
