Product: HP Photosmart C6180
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had to reinstall software and drivers on my printer and now the little screen on the printer shows all kinds of images and advertisements.  I used to have to where all it showed was a Welcome to Photsmart Express screen with the date, time, and ink level gauges and never changed.  How do I get the advertisements and changing screen to stop?

Do you mean shut off and then turn on the printer?  Yes I've done that but the ads still happen.
