Product: HP Envy 5000 series all-in-one printer + Android smart app
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

How to Personalize printer name on Android HP Envy 5000 series printer? I have two of the same printers--one upstairs and one down. I have been able to personalize the printer names on my computer, but would like to personalize the names in my HP smart app so I don't have to look up the IP address each time I want to choose a printer when printing from my phone.

I am afraid there is no option to rename printer in the smart app.

I do not own a 5000 but I found this on youtube and it shows a option to change printer name.
