Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

If you have installed the FULL feature, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Printer (your printer model) > Right click and copy (your  Printer model, e.g. HP ENvy 4620 series)  > go to Desktop and Paste and you would have the shorcut.
