I am trying to print a A4 document on 250 gsm paper. It will go through my printer just fine. But it only prints the bottom half ot he document. I have tried realigning the printer, I've cleaned it as per my instructions manual and I have changed the sizing on my MAC computer before printing. No matter what I do, It still prints exactly the same.

Greetings @Trisharella,
Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Forums.
I understand that you are unable to print on A4 size paper fo 250gsm. I would like to provide my suggestion.
Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.
Is the printer printing fine on regular paper?
Are you able to make a copy on regular paper?
Recommend you to refer to the paper-handling specifications of your printer. It states that a maximum of 280gsm is supported for photo paper and 90gsm is the maximum for plain paper.
If the printer is printing fine on regular paper of lower gsm. Recommend you change the settings to photo paper to print on paper of 250gsm.
Please is the print preview before printing. The printout will be like how it is displayed in the print preview.
Please refer to the below articles for assistance in understanding the print settings in MAC.
