Hi HP Support,
I faced the network configure problem, i've used HP Web Jetadmin version 10.3 SR8 for monitoring all HP Device ink cartridge status and usage page for almost 5 years already and everything is ok, but recently i have one device (HP OfficeJet Pro 8620 Aio) that unable to run normally in web jetadmin like every device i've been used before, and i spend more time to learn then i found and suspect have two network able to cause this issue,
1. WS-Discovery
2. SNMP v1/v2
i do know how enable the "SNMP v1/v2" but i have no idea where to enable the "WS-Discovery", was the enable switch right in "EWS" network setting category ?
Note: My Computer already installed "Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5"
Please provide solution.
