Forgot my web service username and password. Have done network reset but that didn't reset the web service username and password. Restoring to factory default seems to be the only solution. Please help me do the factory reset using printer hardware keys

Hi,
You have to do paper work, same as the following post (same family printer):

Regards.

It would be helpful if I could get a step to step instruction. This reply of yours redirects me to a post where the solution is the link to support chat. I did have a chat this evening. The associate asked me to reset the network settings by hold and pressing power button + 2*black copy button +3*cancel button. I did. again reconfigured the wifi. Unfortunately the web service Username & password were not reset

I have tried it several times. I have connected the chat support. They have remotely accessed my computer too. But had no help resetting the printer or resetting the EWS username and password. Even in the link, you provided, that person also didn't get any resolution. Please post the method step by step that would be helpful for everyone.
