My printer doesn't seem toe receicve an ip address from my Draytek Vigor 2132F router. I know what settings option I need to set the ip address to a value within the range of my network. But how do I change the current ip addres, which has the format of xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx to the format of xxx.xxx.x.xx?

Hi,
Normally when you enter single digit then move to the next field, taht is enough. If it won't accept this, please try two zeroe at the front, for example:
001 for 1 or 002 for 2 .... same for double digits, give 0 at the front.
Regards.

Hi banhien,
The problem appears to be caused by a faulty network cable. Since I replaced the cable, my printer is receiving an address from the router and is working fine.
My apologies for sending you in the wrong direction!
