Product: HP Officejet 3833
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Trying to scan from printer to computer and get message that the scanning software needs to be installed and configured.  This is a new printer and first time I have tried to scan.

Hi,

 

Please install printer software and drivers on the CD which came with your printer to your computer.
