Product: GT-5820
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am having problems scanning as absolutely nothing happens when I click to scan.
I wanted to make sure there are no connection issues & need the IP address.
I am furious HP doesn't offer tech support for my printer; it is only 5 months old.
Thanks.

If the device is wifi connected, in the "section 802.11 Wireless", look for IPv4, IP Address, it should say something like 192.168.xxx.xxx
