How to print A3 by using HP Officejet 7110 ?

HP Recommended
Officejet 7110
macOS 10.12 Sierra

I would to print an A3-size artwork with 1:1 Scale from my Adobe illustrator.
But it can't do that even i set the correct 100% scale and paper size.

It prints in enlarger size for all setting of A3 paper, such as A3 borderless, A3 297x420 - plain paper, A3 297x420 - brochure ...

What 's wrong with the printer / my setting? Pls help. Thanks a lot!

Hello, @Oceancc – Hope you are well 🙂

Welcome to the HP Forum! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips!

I understand that you are having trouble printing on A3 paper using your Officejet 7110 printer. I would suggest you reset the printing systems and then change the print settings. Here are the steps:

  • Click the Apple menu icon, and then click “System Preferences”.
  • Click “Printers and Scanner” / “Print and Scan” or “Print and Fax”.
  • Right-click the blank space in the Printers list, and then click “Reset printing system”.
  • Click “Reset” in the confirmation window.
  • Enter an administrator username and password, and then click “OK”.
  • Wait until the printing system is reset and no devices show in the Printers list
  • Restart your computer and then go back to System preferences – Printers and scanners.
  • Click the “Add button” (+).
  • Find, and then select the name of your printer from the printer list, and then click “Add” to add your printer.
  • Click “Print Using...”, and then select the name of your printer (By default “Airprint” would be selected)

Now follow the steps here to change the paper settings to A3: http://hp.care/2q1UXAn

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!

Cheers 🙂
