Pagewide MFP 377dw

It just paper jams the printer and I have to remove tray 2 and manually pull it out each time I have tried.

Hi @PSpring,

I checked the Pagewide 377 specification, and it doesn't list transparency as a supported media type.  I suggest when you try to print, make sure to select the transparency Paper Type (if it is an option). The user guide has instructions on changing print setings. Also make sure you are printing on Inkjet transparencies. They have a coating on them that helps the media move through the printer. Lastly, many printers only print on special media through Tray 1.

I hope this is of some help.

Hi

Refer to earlier mention of the media specification for printing on this printer 377 dw.

Becareful and gentle in removing paper jam in the printer. Open the left door, remove the duplex ( green color), open the green tap to lift down the flap and try to clear the debris. Do not use hard object to ply open or dig the debris.

In the front, remove paper tray 2, check if there is any more debris inside.

Hope this will help
