How to read page counter on mfp m127fn

How can I read the total pages printed on this MFP m127fn?  On Supplies Status screen it only shows "pages printed with this supply"

I read your post and see that you would like to know the total page count on the printer. I would like to help you out today.

I believe you can get that information by printing a Configuration Report.

Thank you for your suggestion. When I print System Configuration as you indicated,  it reports "Total pages printed" as 96. But when I open "Supplies Status" it reports 624 pages. Where is the true total page count since new? 624 is the count on the starter cart and probably closer to actual.

Thanks for providing that information @Boca1.

That is very odd that the Configuration Report is showing only 96. If the printer has had a Nvram Reset performed previously that would cause the page count to be inaccurate.

I would suggest to update the printer's firmware and keep a eye on the page counts.

Because of another issue, an HP tech talked me through a hard reset, after which I had to re-enter all my preferences. So that mave have reset the Nvram associated with the page counter as you suggested. I did install the latest firmware today but page counter is at 104 and supplies report 634 and message "cart is very low" which is expected since it's a starter cart aprox life 700.

Thank you for your insight and suggestions. I will keep an eye on the config. page counter when I start a new cart.
