Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I originally had the OJ Pro 6830 setup on an older XP computer that died yesterday.  I thought that I simplly had toI reinstall  the software on my system 7 computer and restore the backed up configuration, but all of the admin. functions are shown as locked. I need to reset to out of box condition.

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Here is the link to the User Guide for your printer:  http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04381179

The different factory reset options are described starting on page 123.

Good Luck

I found that section, the printer maintenance section is also locked on the printer. I don't understand how this happened, I did not setup a password for the admin.
