How do I get a refund for a defective ink cartridge that was purchased at a major retailer who will not take back an opened defective cartridge. The cartridge is new and it caused an error message on my 4500 Series printer. I replaced it with another new cartridge and that one worked. It seems that once you spend a major amount on ink and it doesn't work you're basically
sol.
Thanks for any solitons you may have.
