  • What Operating System are you using??

             Windows, Mac, iOS... Linux?

         What version of the OS are you using, for example, Windows 10-64

=====================================================

Is the problem that your photo image is not the correct size, that is, it is larger than the original image to be scanned??

OR

If the problem that the photo is the right size -- same as original -- but the image is being printed on A4 size paper (and you want it on different sized paper)??

  • Assuming that it is the first - right size but wrong paper -- AND assuming Windows:

You likely need to change the Printing Preferences and adjust the Media and / or Paper Size

How you do that depends somewhat on the method you are using to scan - if you are using the Full Feature Software > Printer Assistant shortcut icon on your Desktop > Scan a Document or Photo >> then you can adjust the Scan Size > select paper size AND you can adjust paper / size under Advanced.

Remember to select "Show scan preview".

Example:

Scan_Size_Area_3.jpg

Scan_Size_Area_4.jpg

------------------------------------------------------------

You can scan an image into your computer -- using a "Scan Size" that matches the photo image -- and then print that photo at the same size (100% of its original scan size) using Paint.
