Hi,
Given you have installed printer software and drivers to your computer. Please try the following steps
(a) Press the wireless symbol on your printer screen and get its IP address,
(b) Open web browser on your computer and type https://ip address of your printer /#hId-EmailContacts to the URL area then hit enter
(c) Setup Outgoing email profiles (please try not to use Gmail),
(d) Set up Email address book (it has a limit, can't be too many entries).
