I found my scanned documents in the LIbrary's file, but I want it to go to my Scan folder. so I can attach them to emails.  How do I do that?

Actually on then window that will appear when you scan, there is an advance/setup button at the bottom left side of the windows. click it and select advanced tab or the one on the far right. ( cant remember what it is) there you should find the destination. Change it with the location of yoru desired folder.

@studlydoesright

Apologies for jumping in!

@SuperWelvs is right -- there is a way to designate the folder (destination) so your scans will be located where they are most useful to you.

Do remember to check / select the Scan Preview button!

The following might be helpful in context:

Scan to Specified Folder

Section(s):

  • Preparation
  • Scan to Network Folder
  • Scan to Selected Local Folder Location > subsection Optional > Advanced Settings (assign base name)
