How to set A5 as default paper size?

How to set A5 as default paper size under  System -> Paper Setup -> Default Paper Size?

I only get Letter/Legal/A4...

Do you have one of the trays as containing A5 paper in the driver on the computer. There should be a place where you specifiy which size paper is in each tray and I think if none of the trays contain A5 paper that that size is not available as the default size. This assumes you trying to set the default size in the driver. The same should apply is trying to set the default size at the printer where one of the trays will have to be set to contain A5 paper.
