How to set paper type & print mode for T-shirt transfer

I have an HP ENVY Pro 6458. I want to print an image from the printer’s glass top  onto transfer paper (heatless, for t-shirt transfer). 

Where do I change the settings?  I need “Media: iron-on T-Shirt Transfer” and “Print mode: Normal or best”.

 Thanks! sure wish I had an old fashioned manual (less on connecting from the app or computer and MORE on the actual printer).

Use best quality and if there is no transfer paper select photo paper. Don't forget to mirror the image.

To further clarify, I'm printing from the scanner glass. My computer is not involved with this.

I need to find the settings: where do I access them?

You will not be able to mirror image and print it in best quality without a computer involved.
