When you turn this model on and if a printhead calibration has not been successful the plotter will try 3 times to get a good printhead calibration. This is why you are getting 3 prints each time you turn the plotter on. If you look at the calibration sheets that print you should be able to tell which printhead(s) are causing the issue. If you do not have or do not want to replace the bad printheads then after the 1st page starts to print, hit the cancel button and keep hitting the cancel until the plotter comes to ready. Once the plotter is ready, do not turn it off and this way you will not get those pages each time. Now if you replace the bad printheads and get a good calibration the plotter will not calibrate again until one of the printheads is changed.
