hp 8620
Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Hi all,

I cannot get my 8620 to print in anything but reverse order.  And can't find any kind of collate function anywhere.

Does anyone know how to make this stop?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forums @mannycoto,

I understand you cannot print in any order besides reverse page order. I found this information in the Apple Forums. When you check under Paper Handling, do you see an option to unselect the reverse order?

If you still cannot change the settings, let me know which programs you have tried changing them in.
