Product: officejet 4635
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My Officejet 4635 is not connecting. I reinstalled and my laptop doesn't find the printer and printer says not connected.. I ran the Scan Doctor (PSDR) and that didn't fix it either. How do I update IP address and where do I find IP address?

Hello,
Please try the below steps...
- Double click on Printer Icon located on Desktop to open Printer Assistant.
- Click on Utilities located on top.
- Click on Update IP Address, User Account Control window will show up, click Yes on it to continue.
- "Update HP Software with Printer IP Address" window will be displayed.
- Key in the IP address in the "Printer's current IP address:" box and then click TEST, and then Save button .

Jabzi
