Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

The key board has a bunch of squares with the 4 alphabet numbers in the squares. I do not know how to use it.

Hi,

 

The way you enter is very similar to the way you enter on a normal phone. More info:

Back to your printer. The easiest way is to use a computer to install it. Printer will pick up information from computer and no need to enter password/key on a tiny keyboard of printer.
