Hello,

I'm having a printing issue that I'm hoping you can help me fix. Our office secretary prints 3x5 index cards from time to time. Up until about a week ago no issues occurred, until they changed the print cartridge. Now for some odd reason the index cards will start to feed through, and then just sit in the tray underneath the cartridge. I have tried a different cartridge, checking the front feed sensors, different index cards, and even replacing all the rollers, and the paper tray pickup. So far nothing seems to help, I did notice that the rubber belt looks a little worn, but I'm not exactly sure how to replace that, and haven't been able to find any repair manuals online either. I know other have posted about this, but so far none of the answers have helped with my issue. Is there something I might have missed?? Thank you in advance, I greatly appreciate it!!

Angie
