Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my printer is only printing blank pages.
i'm using HP official ink and both cartidges are just over half full

i've ran the print doctor and cleaned them several times and they won't print anything to align them. 

i've also taken them out and gently wiped them and still nothing

help:(

Tap the printhead (bottom) of the cartridge on a paper towel, do you see any ink?

Yes! But only a tiny bit!

The printhead(s) are clogged, try soaking it in warm water for a few minutes.

Put a paper towel in a plastic container, add warm water just enough to conver the printhead.

Remove dry the cartridge & run a cleaning cycle.

Use rubber gloves.

Which area of the cartridge are we saying to soak?
The little nozzle bit?
They have so many copper wires on!!

That would be the bottom part of the cartridge when it is installed in the printer.

It's now only printing yellow colours!

Looks like you will need to get new cartridges.
