LaserJet M651
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

We have a HP Color LaserJet M651 which is producing Event 54.0.c.00, 54.0c.01, 54.0c.02, 54.0c.03.  - Calibration error consecutive DmaxDhalf.   

 

Request guidance concerning these messages.

Sorry, but have not seen this on this model.  But, the previous models would usually cure with an NVRAM.  I say this because it's doubtful you would have all laser modules blow out at once. 

 

Do the NVRAM reset as a last resort.  It will wipe out everything in the formatter, including all serial numbers, fax info and network info.  The NVRAM is a radical step and is pretty much giving the unit mind wipe.

 

You are using OEM toner? Make sure the unit is not set to "Keep running on out".

 

You have the "reserve mode" off?  Reserve Mode was when if you were out of color the units would switch to greyscale OR if you were out of black, the three colors would combine to create a black.  How is the belt? 

 

Wait to see if anyone else responds with other advice, but I have found that most troubleshooting and fix methods transends the next immediate models.
