I got problem t830 scanner @ pdf jam.. Main pca,scanner bundle board and scanner feed motor already replaced but still problem..

Hi, 

 

Thanks for contacting with HP Support Forum.

 

Cou please share the error code and display screen short.

 

You just entering service mode and complete the calibration which process document came with scanner bundle board. If you already done that,  please hard reset the printer and let's check.

 

Entering service menu Accessible from home screen by pressing Home ➡Back ➡Home➡Home.
