Hp envy 120
I have a hp envy 120 and it just will not power on I've tried everything different leads and power points and nothing.. Is there a reset anywhere inside the machine? Also is it possible to move the ink racks if there is no power to remove the ink?

I read your post and see that the printer won't power on. I would be happy to help you.

Please try the steps in this document to see if it will help resolve this issue.

 

HP Printers - The HP Printer Does Not Turn On or Respond When the Power Button is Pressed.

 

Most likely the cartridges will be docked in the docking station, without power it may not release them.

 

There is a Semi Reset for the printer, but the power has to be on in order for it to work.

 

If the issue continues, please Contact HP Support for further assistance. Fill in the model number and the form to receive a case number for quicker assistance.

Hi i have gone through that whole section on rsseting the power module and it hasn't worked i'm a bit gutted as it isn't very old but because i can't find my reciept and i paid in cash i cannot return it to the shop its a hp eny 120 awith an internal power supply and i can not see a reset on it

There isn't a reset switch on the printer.

 

I can PM you the reset, but again it won't work when there is no power on the printer.

In the forum beside your handle name just click on the envelope to view it.

 

Please Contact HP Support for service, the printer might be on record, even if you don't have the receipt handy. Fill in the model number and the form to receive a case number for quicker assistance.
