Hp laser jet pro 200 color MFP M276nw Won't scan to pdf

I installed this printer on a laptop that did not have a CD/DVD ROM, and therefore the software had to be downloaded. After downloading and installing, I discovered I could not scan to a PDF (only options were image file formats). This printer (same model) was installed on another laptop using the software from the CD, and I could choose PDF as a file format. Help!

I see that you can't scan to a PDF format from the downloaded drivers. I would be happy to help you.

Did you download and install the Full Feature Software and Drivers or the Basic Drivers?

If you are still having issues, if you are missing the PDF option, most likely you will have to uninstall and reinstall the printer software. Perform a clean boot on the computer before reinstalling again. How to perform a clean boot in Windows.
